ABOUT ANDREA BONATTA

Andrea Bonatta is one of the most outstanding Italian pianists and a successful conductor. He recorded the complete piano work by Brahms as well as many other CD by Liszt and Schubert getting top critical reviews. His book about the piano work by Brahms is considered a milestone in this field. He has played in the most prestigious concert halls in the world and is jury member of many international competitions. Bonatta has been for many years the Artistic Director of the Busoni Competition in Bolzano. He is Artistic Adviser of the Liszt Competition in Utrecht as well as Honorary Professor of the Shanghai Conservatory and founder of the Piano Academy Eppan.
Starting 2014 Bonatta is also Guest Professor at the International Summer Academy Mozarteum in Salzburg.
