Andrea Bonatta is one of the most outstanding Italian pianists and a successful conductor. He recorded the complete piano work by Brahms as well as many other CD by Liszt and Schubert getting top critical reviews. His book about the piano work by Brahms is considered a milestone in this field. He has played in the most prestigious concert halls in the world and has conducted important orchestras in Europe and Asia. Bonatta is jury member of the most prestigious international competitions. He has been for many years the Artistic Director of the Busoni Competition in Bolzano, is Artistic Adviser of the Liszt Competition in Utrecht, Honorary Professor of the Shanghai Conservatory and founder of the Piano Academy Eppan. Bonatta is also Guest Professor at the Summer Academy Mozarteum in Salzburg and gives masterclasses at the Talent Music Master Courses in Verona.
